Hey, we are spending way too much money on email service providers. Let's cut this shit and save money.
If a customer wants to opt for email otp then charge for that service. (Not sure)

OTP Over Email Is Very Useful For Me as I am only using cards of my family members.

Asking OTP on Call All the time is not convenient

So It's a Devaluation for me.

I did not take any add-on cards but made all my family members eligible for cards.

I opened multiple accounts in all private banks and did family banking

I take many cashback cards like 4 HDFC Millennia, 5 Axis Airtel & 5 Axis Ace 😁

Yes premium id then Burgundy account RM and finally escalated to nodal guy and branch made 2 sittings of talk to enquire about my complaint but all waste no resolution yet
