Axis Bank now supports Online FD Backed Credit Card

As the title says, You can now get Axis Credit Cards on FD basis through the Axis Bank Mobile app. I just saw the option in Apply Now section of the app where the first one should be "FD Backed Credit Card".

Edit1: It seems like they are only allowing 2 credit cards. Indian Oil, my zone + my zone mastercard variant

Edit2: They are offering the following cards:

• Privilege Easy Credit Card (If FD amount is greater or equal to Rs65,000
• Indianoil Axis Bank Easy Credit Card
• MY Zone Easy Credit Card
• Axis Bank My Zone Easy Mastercard Credit Card

For those wondering about lien removal from FD, I did a trial myself. Got an Indian Oil card for an FD of 15k and closed the card after receiving it. Over call, the customer care executive asked me if I wanted to close the linked FD. Did this yesterday. Today, there is no lien on my FD

axis bank is not good in maintaining online FD, i personally faced issues with FDs created by me after 2years i got issues while pre closing them. now lien against FD shall raises more issues.

Which variant you have ? Does axis my zone easy card comes along with sony liv subscription
