Did anyone get your Axis Bank Rupay platinum debit card renewed ?

For me they sent a different one, when contacted they said Axis is not issuing.
Any ways to get it? Please advise.

Ask in branch, if said no, mail to nodal.

Even no use, mail to RBI BO.

Final solution is RBI.

After all the circus with Customer care, RM, Branch visit and PNO, they didn't provide the card. Finally closed the account as the usage was less apart from Amazon offer.

My card expires next month. If they send me any other card, that would become one more reason to close the savings account.

Logged into netbanking to check something else and noticed that a new Visa card is shown along with existing RuPay card. It means they are going to send me Visa card upon renewal. 😡

What's worse is that I am going to get Secure+ Debit Card (Visa) that is more costlier than RuPay Platinum that cost only Rs.200 + GST. Now, going forward, I have to pay Rs.300 + GST. 😡

I wish I had such an option. I opened the account at least a decade ago (I am really an old man). So, there is no such option for accounts opened via branch. Things may have changed now.

Yes e debit card is free ..never used it though.
Opened axis for credit card..after a year.it gave me ..had to wait long bcz of 21 yr criteria.. they gave me 90k initial limit

When i opened account year ago . They were giving so much edge point on Paytm wallet reload . Kotak 811 balance transfer.& What not ...
Since last year they stopped .. online edge card became useless for 590 a year .

This year they didn't charge any fees strangely .. & i closed
