Just tried to connect with CC for a useless issue and was able to connect with the agent quickly. So doesn't seem to be any issue for True Burgundy customers 😛

I too thought so, and that is why the qualifier in my first statement..
Even IndusInd got 24/7 support…

I still have no problem, I just got through after 11:00 p.m.

Good, that's what I thought so..
As I said before even indusind got 24/7 support.
If TB doesn't have this , it would have been a Massive Brutal shame !!! 😉

Massive Devaluation Alert.

Just tried to reach Axis Customer Care (Burgundy Account Holder).

Now Phone Banking only available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

No support over call after 8pm.

Are we in 90s?
I think they have restricted it for non burgundy/non premium card holders.
I called them once around midnight. The call connected and instantly disconnected as soon as the representative spoke. On calling again, I only got IVR message that its available from 8 to 8.
So it's not that the executives aren't available, its just that they have reduced the customers that can connect to them.
