I applied for an Axis Airtel card (posted on Technofino too) and it got approved well. Initially, they sent the card through Bluedart, which is terrible. They almost took 20 days to deliver my shoes ordered through Tata Cliq. As expected, I kept getting out-of-delivery messages and calls saying they were coming in a few minutes, but they never arrived.
After three attempts, the card was returned to Mumbai. Then, Axis sent it through Delhivery, which is better because there’s a Delhivery station near my home. Normally, they deliver on time, but this time I only received messages that my card was out for delivery, and no calls related to the delivery came through.
I had other parcels too, and they were delivered on time by Delhivery. When I called the number in the message, it was theirs. They checked and said there was no card with them to deliver. Now, the card is going back to Mumbai again. 🙁 Will Axis cancel my card? I’ve already used it using UPI and even paid the first statement bill. Why is this happening? My guess is the address must be unreadable due to rain damage, but Axis even gave Delhivery my address when I checked on the Delhivery portal.
