axis cc: how to transfer negative balance from one card to another?

I have 2 axis credit cards with a shared limit.
how do I transfer the negative balance of one of these cards to the other card with a positive outstanding EASILY, WITHOUT writing or calling customer care?

What if we dont have axis account?

Then use some wallets to load that money and withdraw. Or send transaction details of your bank from which you made that payment and get refund on same account , which is complicated.
