Axis credit card - next steps

I recently applied for axis select card on Saturday 3nd Feb using digital method. I got an application number and then a vKYC link in the evening on the same day. Which was also successful.

After that there was a period of silence and then today I got an SMS that a call will be arranged from a number for axis verification.

I received that call and it was an IVR call on which I pressed 1 for all confirmation and the call ended with “will get back to you shortly”.

When I track my application on the CC tracker it just shows the first step, not even eligibility check.

I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with the new axis cc application. Next steps? Any documentation required? Any physical kyc also required? Anything will be useful.

What great benefits did you expect out of the Select card that had convinced you that it's worth its fee ?!

I don't see much use for mine (LTF). To me, even the Amazon Pay - ICICI CC is far superior in comparison!

Select pp & lounge access is far superior than other card in range & category..
If u have previlgae u can take good use of points ..

Yes .. u will recover more than fees that way
22.5k (12.5+10k ) add 2.5k edge Reward ( when u earn it ) point - 25k is 10k Myntra ( multi-brand voucher) .
For 3.5+1.7k = 5k joining fees

I haven't so far used Select for lounge access. What's pp ?

I didn't receive any joining points, -- just an Amazon voucher. In any case, I don't consider one-off benefits like that for regular usage impression of a card.

That’s the confusing part, in the app I get 10k points under benefits. But in the email I got they mentioned Amazon voucher. 🥲

10k Edge Reward point is 2k worth amazon voucher ..
Read it carefully it says 2k worth not 2k voucher.
U will get 10k Edge Reward point and can use it anywhere

Its a reference that your 10k point is worth 2k Amazon voucher ..
They won't give u voucher they will give u points .
& If u redeem those 10k points to Amazon voucher its 2k

U won't get amazon voucher .u can redeem that Edge Reward anywhere u want .as u want .

For reference on previlgae card 12.5k edge point is worth 5k multi brand voucher .
But can use 12.5k edge point to redeem 2k Amazon voucher for 10k or any other voucher

Got some sms for email id and address update (no change , but still they send sms). Looks like something is progressing.

Btw, called customer care for enquiry and he offered LTF Select as a Burgundy customer. I asked for Samsung Infinite Paid and he gave that immediately and virtual card showing in app.

Hope this won't mess up existing vistara application. Somehow vistara cards don't appear for them as pre-approved offers and need separate application.

Can see vistara card also now in app. So 2 cards in same day😁. Btw, tracking still shows same status - eligibility check.
