Axis Credit Card Rejection - Should I Ask for Reason?

TF Buzz
I recently applied for Axis MyZone CC as it was provided as LTF. Upon applying immediately within 30 minutes I received an SMS saying my credit card application got rejected. There was neither a proper email to denote my receipt of application nor an email mentioning rejection. Everything was through SMS.

Later, when I checked my CIBIL report, I found that there was a CIBIL enquiry for the credit card application and there was a column called "Amount" which showed a whooping 30 Lakh whereas other card application enquiries show only 1000, 10000. Could this be a reason for my application getting rejected? Can this be considered as an error on Axis part? If yes, how do I approach this and fight back?

Note - My current CIBIL score is 783 and Crif score which Axis uses is 793.

Did you take the screenshot of the LTF offer? If yes, you can send it Axis PNO. Send your Application number with all relavent screenshots and LTF offer. They can still consider your application if it is a technical issue from their side.
The LTF offer is still running on their website - https://www.axisbank.com/retail/cards/credit-card. Took a screenshot now.
Can always enquire. Ask the nodal officer bout reasons for rejection. Mail.them the application number and ask for it.
The rejection mail sometimes long time to arrive. Tat too without any reason.
Okay got it. Thanks. But I would like to understand about the Amount column enquiry as seen in the screenshot.

During the application process and after taking your personal info, it would show you all eligible cards along with joining and annual fee. For LTF both these fee will show as zero. Did you see the offer here as well?

My application also rejected due to bank credit norms

I am thinking that last credit card I applied on November and not activated due to 6 months not completed so I think my application was rejected my view.

Don't worry bro axis is too fast now to provide you the rejection reason if you quote the RBI guidelines to provide the rejection reason. I asked the same on 4th Feb and I got the rejection reason on 5th February.

Can you share the email id? Also, may I know if it was a generic reply or exact reason was mentioned? Do you have any idea about the "Amount" column shown?

I also applied for Axis Bank Neo Credit Card today and I got a message, "Thank you for applying for Axis Bank Neo Master Credit Card with application ID C1-000065182-C1 An SMS confirming your application status will be sent shortly." But after that no message or mail came. I went to the site and tried to check the status by entering the application ID, but it shows No details found, kindly enter correct details. Now I don't known whether they accepted the application or rejected it or it is under review. Seriously third class bank hai axis. Thank god maine account nahi open Kiya waha.
