Hi everyone,
Can you share your experience about Axis Credit Cards upgrade offers?
I’ve been using Axis Flipkart card for close to a year & never received an upgrade offer, even though I’ve spent close to 3 lakhs on this card. It might be due to this card being a co-branded card. HDFC, ICICI do send upgrade offers on the app/website for existing card holders. Hence, thinking of taking a core Axis mid range range (Privilege/Select) & may be upgrade it after a year or so.

When You upgraded your card from flipkart to axis select.
1) Does your old card i.e Flipkart card is in Active state or Deactivated automatically after new card reveived.
2) After applying Does there is any CIBIL Enquiry on the same day or next day.
3) Does your ACCOUNTS In CIBIL related To Axis Credit Card remained same or New Card Account added?? Please check new report and reply me bro ( Why bcz in some banks like icici even you have 3 cards in cibil there will be only one account will be there.)
4) Limit shared or seperate
5) Billing date Same (or )Different ( or )must be same for Both cards.

When You upgraded your card to axis select.

1) Does your old card is in Active state or Deactivated automatically after new card reveived.

1. Flipkart to Select -> Both cards will be active as the reward type is different. For myzone to select -> MyZone will get upgraded to Select(ie. myzone will get deactivated) unless you specifically ask them to keep both.

2. If it is an upgrade via app or through customer care, no cibil enquiry.

3. Yes, there will be multiple accounts in cibil for each card.

4. Shared limit

5. Same billing date. You can request for a different one.

Bro all are clear expect the main one.
I have only one card i.e MY ZONE
NOW i got upgrade offer for two cards.
1. Select
2. Neo.

I want to PLACE upgrade to NEO.

So my doubt is , After placing request,
What will happen to my PREVIOUS MY ZONE CREDIT CARD. Will be active or closes or closes after 45 days or any other.

Please clarify this one only

Just upgraded my Airtel Axis to Neo LTF, while upgrading it said my old card will remain active as it is, won't be closed.

I guess Axis never offers any upgrade offers automatically. I am using the Axis Flipkart card for the last 3Y6M and never heard of any upgrade offers from Axis. You can call and check with customer care if you need an upgrade. In that also, I think its like applying for a new card.
