Axis debit card for citi migrated users

I received Prestige Debit card post migration from CITI to Axis. I got account upgraded to Priority based on salary credit. But now, not able to get Priority debit card.
Their customer support asked me to block current prestige debit card and raise request for new card. But after blocking current card, not able to raise request for new card. Reached customer support they are also not able to raise request, reached bank branch and they are also not able to raise request for new card.
Anyone faced the issue?

Have u checked, is it completely blocked or just temporary. Maybe that's a error

Yes, even branch was not able to raise request. Nodal officer directed me to branch only and and lady in branch tried everything but wasn't able to raise request. She pleaded to close request, after 1 2 month of no help, I asked her to close the request.
