Axis excutive offered upgrade to any credit card

I asked axis chat support for available credit card upgrades for me,
And axis support excutive told me that I can upgrade to any card available in axis even Axis Airtel and axis ace also I confirmed twice and he repeatedly asked me that which variant you want, I will do it and you will get your card delivered in 10 working days,

Is it normal now?
We can upgrade to ace and axis Airtel also?
Back to topic I was confused and told that I don't want any upgrade 🤣🤣🤣

And also please suggest any axis best card so I can tell them confidently next time

False. I upgraded my Axis Select to Magnus just 3 days ago via chat.

They send a link and an OTP and it is done in under 5 mins.

Even I was getting Magnus upgrade but took Ace because of devaluation

I got ACE upgrade and I was getting Airtel option also from Axis Mobile Apply option.
You also check there only. No CIBIL hit for checking.

@PRASHANTTHAKUR Since you hold a LTF Flipkart card, Axis is willing to provide any paid upgrade. Whenever we get a paid card, we are basically working hard to make money for the card issuer. Only then, we work for our own (cashback or rewards). What is the other card you hold? Is it LTF too?

Update - I called customer support,had 20 minutes conversation and asked for confirmation about chat conversation, and on call cx Executive also told me the same thing.
THat I can upgrade to any card reserve, magnus, ace, Airtel etc.
any card of axis,
He also told all the cards variants name.
it's so confusing 😂😂😂

Having Flipkart and vistara cards
On vistara using regularly for shopping online and offline for milestone.
On Flipkart very minimal usage like Starbucks, restorants, and mobile recharges etc
