I have three axis Bank credit cards and savings account. I have called customer care for upgrading my debit card, it was processed. I cut the call.
But just after cutting the line the customer care executive called me back immediately and asked me if I am interested in taking the LTF neo rupay because I have it pre-approved.
I have taken confirmation multiple times that my old cards should not be closed. She confirmed it.
The sms was showing LTF card, I gave concent. The card was approved and was showing in the axis mobile app.
It was mentioned that it was a card upgrade and my previous card will remain active.
Now just after delivery the card is not showing in axis mobile app.
I called customer care and they are telling that card is deactivated because of infamous banks internal policies.
