Extremely slow approval and delivery process for SBI VISTARA PRIME

Hello,

I had applied for SBI Vistara Prime Card on 16th August 2023 from an agent at the mall.
It took them 15 days to approve the card.
After receiving multiple calls for verification, adjusting limit as I already have SBI Cashback card.
Now after approval and card been issued, as they have provided me ecard access via. App and all.
Physical is still not delivered, it's been 1 week post receiving all approval letter, card no. Cvv on app, but no update on physical card delivery.

Is sbi service so pathetic, I have received other credit card in 2 days or max 4 to 5 days post applying.

Worst experience, rethinking on whole sbi card experience.

As such run by delhi people, can feel complete arrogance in their service approach.

I agree with you,

The only reason I am using sbi card is greed of 5% cashback on online shopping, my online shopping is around 30 to 40k every month.
And SBI has tieup with Amazon for better discount during festivals but unfortunately sbi cashback card is not part of the offers.

There customer service is world famous pathetic, as they are located in Delhi and it is their delhiwala arrogance in their approach towards customer problem and understanding their problem, this is our policy, we will do our way only, sorry if it does injustice to you.

In SBI app in the lower section there is a EMI & MORE option. Click on it and select AVAIL NEW CARD and you can see the VIRTUAL CC of your pre approved card. AVAIL NEW CARD sometime vanishes from the section. Try relogin and see. Better note down the 16 digit number, expiry date & cvv for online transaction and to enable UPI CC

It only shows primary card and not add on cards. Need to know the details for add on cards

I understand the box, booklet and all.
But still there must be some limit of delay.
SBI is 2nd largest CC player in India,
It took them 15 days to approve, now 1 week already passed post approval for physical delivery,
It feels like a psu with no Process in place.

Instant regret to take one more sbi card.
Just because milestone benefit where better then axis vistara card.

Mine is still showing under process after 1 1/2 months . How did you know that your is processed? E-mail sms?

Axis vistara is some want better they deliver the card andnuntil u recive the physical card u can't use it nor activate it. One good thing. Idfc vistara is also better than sbii

Since there is no update on my SBI vistara application, should I get IDFc vistara? How is the card? Any devaluetions? Rent pay do we get CV points?
