Axis Fourth card suspended after approval and delivery.

I have three axis Bank credit cards and savings account. I have called customer care for upgrading my debit card, it was processed. I cut the call.

But just after cutting the line the customer care executive called me back immediately and asked me if I am interested in taking the LTF neo rupay because I have it pre-approved.

I have taken confirmation multiple times that my old cards should not be closed. She confirmed it.

The sms was showing LTF card, I gave concent. The card was approved and was showing in the axis mobile app.

It was mentioned that it was a card upgrade and my previous card will remain active.

Now just after delivery the card is not showing in axis mobile app.

I called customer care and they are telling that card is deactivated because of infamous banks internal policies.

What the BS is this?

I hold 3 axis cards , plan to cancel ACE to get Airtel. How long do I have to wait after cancelling to apply again ?

Hey, I am also planning to close Axis Ace to get Airtel card, please enlighten were you able to get the Airtel card after closing Ace?

Am I the only one on this planet who had 4 active axis cards for months. At the time of Citi to Axis migration, I was already having Airtel, Atlas, Flipkart and got Citi rewards migrated to Axis Rewards total 4 cards 7 months. Then I closed my Flipkart and Atlas to be among the same species. 😂😂

I had four active Axis cards for 2-3 years, with no City-Axis cards migrated.

No I realised it wasn’t the case. I thought I had but nope, only 3. Only citi folks are enjoying the luxury having 4 Axis cards.

No bro😉, I was also holding 4 Axis cards due to Citi card migration, closed my Rewards card just before renewal in May to avoid fees, also one of my friends is having Vistara Sig, LIC, Flipkart and Magnus cards, all are active without any issues. I believe Axis can approve one high end card as 4th one(at least what I witnessed).
