I am facing an issue with Flipkart gift cards bought from Axis gift edge. When I tried to add the GVs to Flipkart account, I am getting a message 'card deactivated'
I raised the issue with Gyftr but they are just closing the issue as resolved without any resolution. Not able to get any help from Axis phone support also.
Anyone encountered similar issue? I request to provide your suggestions on how to escalate the issue and make Gyftr resolve the issue.
