Axis indianoil rupay credit card is issued without my consent. What's the hell with axis..!!!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Hi everyone
When I checked my axis Bank app now, I just see that a newly issued Indian oil rupay card is showing in the app . I didn't apply/upgrade for any Indian oil card or gives any consent for the same. Then how axis issued the card without my consent and knowledge??? Really shocking & unbelievable!!!! It's my first time issue from axis. How they are supposed to issue this card as I recently upgraded my airtel rupay card. Need your valuable suggestions whether to go with RBI or not???

Just send an email to pno with your requirement like compensation and what is your expectations and a due date. If they don't respond by that date, then complaint to RBIO.

I already mentioned a crystal clear mail mentioned the requirements like written letter regarding no liability, closure letter,card will not get reported to cibil, compensation, copy of investigation report also. Simply rejected all these by credit card department today by stating that I need to send a mail to level1 for such written confirmation. Hell

Just now I got a mail reply from axis . Didn't understand why they diverting the case to CIBIL compensation framework.
