They stopped it for issuing cc also.. in Jun i got fk axis using that method... Then after seeing that news i tried on aug 2nd week via phone, chat sadly they stopped due to RBI

I think they only stopped instant issues via call. They can still take up a request on priority and get it processed through a custom link SMSed or mailed to you.

Yes, CIBIL enquiry unavoidable even for existing AXIS card holders.

I have an Axis Neo LTF. Now Myzone LTF is available as a separate card but I'd like to upgrade my Neo to Myzone so that my credit history gets carried.

Anyone knows how to do it? Customer care says it's not possible

If you follow the apply process at last it will show you eligible card. This is screenshot of that. Even I am able to see myZone as LTF there. Though I already have it as LTF.
Coming to complimentary Sony liv membership it will be first year only. Second year onwards if you pay annual fees you get the subscription renewal otherwise not. Thats what mentioned in my welcome kit's TnC so verify that before applying.

On spend of 1,25,000 i think we get sonyliv every year if you fulfill every year. i too hold myzone ltf

no need to submit any docs again, also your application gets pre-filled once you enter your details like Mobile, PAN/DOB etc.

Why not keep both? Never know when both might come handy. Anyway they are LTF and credit score won't be impacted too much.

Please see the photos i have attached there are 2 banners one with ltf and other with fees. So if you wan to apply kindlt take a screenshot where you will see the eligible cards and their fees. If you're getting myzone with 0 joining and 0 annual then you can apply for it (remember take a screenshot of that page where fees is mentioned) after that if you can apply. Maybe if they charge you fees you can mail them and ask them to remove chargers because you applied during offer. And you have a valid proof of that also.
