Hey TF Community,
It's my first post here.
I want to share my experience and hear the expert opinion here.
I am willing to add an Axis CC to my portfolio so that I can avail the Bank offers on different apps that come from time to time.
My first application was for Flipkart Axis Card in 2021, which was declined. No response or reason was provided.
I applied again in August last year when MyZone Credit Card was LTF. The application was again rejected because of 'internal policy'.
In October, I was on a call with Axis Customer Care when I asked them about Card offers, and I was again told that there was a pre-approved offer on Axis MyZone. I applied for it and was rejected again due to 'Internal Policy'.
I raised this to Nodal Officer and even to RBI Ombudsman but nothing eventually happened. No reason was provided to me, even after fighting for months.
I thought this might have happened because of certain cooling periods, so I decided to wait.
Last week, I noticed that IndianOil Axis Card was being provided on LTF basis and guess what, once again it was rejected.
Things to Notice:
I have a 5-year-old Axis Priority Account. Even my home loan is with Axis.
CIBIL is 800+ (OneScore)
Zero Payment Defaults
Anybody having an idea what could be the reason behind all this?
