I've both kotak 811 and axis liberty, When will I get cashback for February month spends? And how to check?

Anyone please confirm what is the default statement period for axis Easy acces savings account (DBEZY) ?? Because I am not getting the savings account statement automatically. When I raised the concern in March they informed me that I will start to receive it automatically from April month onwards. They informed for all customers have same statement period irrespective of their account opening date???
