Thanks. Axis website states that Rental, wallet, EMI, Government and Utilities not considered for Annual Milestone.
Bought 10K AGV from Amazon and Giftedge each.
But a bit more just to be sure. Axis being Axis. Can't trust them.

I guess with so many exclusions of prem cards, the eco system has adopted to this.
To achieve milestones prem holders keep buying GVs and selling them to 3rd party resellers like zingoy etc with some discount.
SBI CB holders buy them from those websites.
