So I actually got points for Freecharge for this month payment, but didn’t get for CRED from last months rent payment.

Did not receive edge points for Rent through Cred. Had a word with customer care, they said we don't give reward points for rent payments 😀, talked to some other person over call, she said your payment is yet to complete 12 working days, we can only raise a complaint after 12 working days! Now I feel I have arrived after using Citi from Past 6 years 🤐😢

Yes, here or same thing is in mobile app too.

With Edge Reward, even transaction settlement date doesn't work and u r asking immediately after transaction 😅. It takes anywhere between 1 day to 2 months in practice.

Customer care is also useless in most cases, unless u have premium cards like magnus or burgundy account. Then they take request post 12 working days.

Just wanted some clarity on rent payment with Magnus. My rent is 60k.

1) Can i make single payment of 60k or has to be split?
2) Will get edge rewards for only 50k?
3) For 1 lakh milestone benefit, 60k will be considered or 50k or say 45k if I split payment into 45k+15k.

As per my calculation it should be 3036 ERs right.
So we should not exceed rental to 50k we wont get extra than 3000
