I called Axis support today and they said that Gyftr points get credited within 120 days, but they've no control over exactly when within those 120 days it will get credited.It has been credited in last 2 months on several dates. Several users didn't get and got as they complaint. Search through this thread in last 2 months and u will see the posts.

Check if they have omitted any transaction from milestone for May. But sab weird ho raha hai.there is no systematic points credited all big banks same problem. Ek bank devalue they do and then all other follow suit.ajeeb dasta haiSame thing. Haven't received it for May. I did spend 1L+ in May too.

I don't have an add-on card at all. I will raise a request and see.Did you guys consider add on spends in 1L? There was one person who had this issue. Maybe their calculations don’t consider add on spends. Raise a ticket for this.

Just call them and say you never received may month points and wait for their reply what they will say don't give out any information just say you have spent required amount to reach the milestones.I just checked, and nothing unusual.

A bit scared to ask them because I have paid rent of 21k from BharatNXT, (Shows as utilities) I don't want to dig my own grave by asking, also don't want to lose out on 25K ER. Tough situation 😅

Yeah, just wait. I have met the Milestone too, and I don't even have any transactions that could be excluded. They are crediting in batches maybe, like they usually do. Others have also commented that they haven't gotten May points yet. 🙂That makes sense, Thanks! I'll wait till the 31st and If I still don't get it, I'll call them.
When did you send the invoices to PNO team ?@Wealth is my birth right! @Rkr @CMG and other members, they deactivated my er account like others but i made genuine Bharatnxt transactions but on axis support email where they say attach invoices, even I attached invoices, when i submit its shows something went wrong error so cant submit, I already have more than 50k points please help…i sent those invoices too pno@axisbank.com and premier.experience @axisbank.com but still no reply…if anybody whose er account deactivated and reactivated tell me the full process and process to contact them and earliest resolution, i called burgundy customer care more than times they say we dont have email access so…
