Axis Magnus - no update on approval

I had applied for Axis Magnus on 14th Oct at the branch. Biometrics verification along with income proof was taken. Its been 6 days today and there is no update on the application.

2 weeks back I had applied online and the application got rejected (due to insufficient information).

Hence I applied at the branch again on 14th. How many days does it typically take for approval and delivery - any one who has the card? What should I do in the interim? The bank person who took my application is not responding to my messages now.

I had Amex MRCC card with 6.52L as Credit Limit. I applied Axis Magnus card through C2C basis and got 6.5 lakh credit limit(combined limit, I had MyZone and Flipkart card with combined limit of 1.5lakh and individual limit of 1.5lakh.). Now the overall limit is 6.5 lakh. Individual limit :- Flipkart - 1.5, MyZone - 1.5 and Magnus - 6.5L

You can apply C2C. I applied with my Regalia with limit of 4L and got it.

While applying offline get your wife/parents address to be same as yours and apply for add-on card in same setting. (Don't do the mistake that I did)

AXIS is not issuing add in cards, i applied offline and gave add on card holders DL and Photo but my application was put on hold for 20 days only after i agreed to cancel add on card, my card was approved.

Yes Bro it has always come on time from their end in past , but this time its taking really long for everything. I got msg on friday that pin has been dispatched via bsa courier company , but I have not received that as well .
Actually am travelling from mumbai airport on 27th , so want to experience their meet and greet .

Minium 21 days for total process usually .

For activation do we need pin from them?
Cant we do it in app after we get physical card?

Applied on 4th October through online chanel. No previous relationship with Axis Bank. Got VKYC link post application. They asked for adhar and PAN. Passed through VKYC even though communication adress was different than adress on adhar card. After 2 days received SMS and email that, your application is approved. Received card on 10th. No physical KYC or any other documents asked.
