Axis Magnus on hold due to Name Mismatch in Statement

I have applied for Axis Magnus on a C2C basis. They hold the application due name mismatch in the ICICI statement.

In the ICICI statement, SRI is added before my name. Can I edit the name in the statement or will it lead to any issues?

I had applied Magnus on 26th Sep and they have approved on 1st Oct .

It would be better if they approved by 30th sep. I could have availed bonus 25k points for Oct

That's why they approved on 1st 😆 Maybe their bonus quota of Sept was already over

Magnus card bonus of 25k/month is applicable from next month from the date of approval of card therefore In my case it’s Nov onwards.
