AXIS MAGNUS Welcome/Renewal Benefits process changes!!!

In order to redeem the renewal benefit of the Magnus, I called the concierge and they sent an email with a link to claim via Thriwe.

So, Yes, Axis is now issuing welcome/renewal benefits via Thriwe.

So, I tried claiming it but it always came up with the error enter the registered mobile number.

The concierge representative did inform that this might happen as the system is still migrating and call the thriwe helpline to resolve it.

I did that and they took a request for the same and suggested that I retry after 3 working days.

I retried the next day itself just to check but this time it was a breeze. Super smooth process of logging in and redeeming the Tata CLiQ voucher in a jiffy.

Overall, a nice experience.

P.S. : I was apprehensive about getting the renewal benefit since the fee was waived but it turned out to be a non issue 🙂

It’s 15L and not 16L.
No, they didn’t charge it at all. I had to call and check if the card anniversary year is over or ongoing 🙂
Turns out it was over in Feb 23 itself.
Noted 15l why I kept in mind 16l is that here and there I did wallet loads around 1l so far which won’t get counted

So after a month u claimed the Tatacliq for second year u made axis to keep ur 10k coupon for a month extra😊

Ya, I was expecting an email from axis as I had an idea that annual year mark would be around feb/march.
So, when they didn’t, I called and asked for the voucher and got it. So, ya a month or so delay from my end.
 
This is something I've been fighting with Axis for over a month! @yashbhavnani do you also see the joining benefit voucher when you log in? In my case, I had no problem getting the joining benefit voucher last year through the Thriwe website. But now when I'm trying to claim the renewal benefit voucher after paying my (second year) annual fee, I only see the previous, already claimed voucher that I received last year! No new voucher. And Axis Bank and Thriwe are both clueless why this is happening and have no solution.😡 Any ideas?

i have confirmed this with axis premium help desk.. if u hit 15 lakh milestone u will receive 10k tatacliq voucher even though fees is waived.. hdfc doesn’t give any benefit if fees is waived due to milestone benefit

That's a good piece of news. Cherry on the cake. Expect many from community will breach the mark then. Kudos to Axis with this kind of retention benefits.

@bombayduckling no I didn’t face this issue at the time of joining. At that time the joining/renewal benefit wasn’t rolled out through Thriwe rather the concierge would send the voucher through an email.
