AXIS MAGNUS Welcome/Renewal Benefits process changes!!!

In order to redeem the renewal benefit of the Magnus, I called the concierge and they sent an email with a link to claim via Thriwe.

So, Yes, Axis is now issuing welcome/renewal benefits via Thriwe.

So, I tried claiming it but it always came up with the error enter the registered mobile number.

The concierge representative did inform that this might happen as the system is still migrating and call the thriwe helpline to resolve it.

I did that and they took a request for the same and suggested that I retry after 3 working days.

I retried the next day itself just to check but this time it was a breeze. Super smooth process of logging in and redeeming the Tata CLiQ voucher in a jiffy.

Overall, a nice experience.

P.S. : I was apprehensive about getting the renewal benefit since the fee was waived but it turned out to be a non issue 🙂

how many days after getting the 1st bill should we try for welcome rewards?

You got the renewal fee waived and also got the 10000rs voucher bro?
 
The welcome benefit comes after 3-4 days after the 1st transaction. I got the card on 2nd this month and welcome benefit I received on 6t
did you do something to get welcome benefit within 4 days ? I did 1st transaction on Friday .. now when i login to axis bank thrive website .. it says invalid phone number .. do I need to wait 1-2 days more ?
 
This is something I've been fighting with Axis for over a month! @yashbhavnani do you also see the joining benefit voucher when you log in? In my case, I had no problem getting the joining benefit voucher last year through the Thriwe website. But now when I'm trying to claim the renewal benefit voucher after paying my (second year) annual fee, I only see the previous, already claimed voucher that I received last year! No new voucher. And Axis Bank and Thriwe are both clueless why this is happening and have no solution.😡 Any ideas?
I faced similar where I was seeing old claimed voucher only. After a month of follow up, i was able to get voucher that too with alternative number provided to thriwe
 
i have confirmed this with axis premium help desk.. if u hit 15 lakh milestone u will receive 10k tatacliq voucher even though fees is waived.. hdfc doesn’t give any benefit if fees is waived due to milestone benefit
Is this automatic even if substantial time is left for the annual year to complete? Basically in my case I have hit that 15L earlier - for annual completion still still some months to go, but I haven't received any renewal benefit voucher? When I login to Thriwe it shows welcome benefit only. Should I call up the customer care for this?

Renewal benefit will be given only when card comes for renewal after 12 months
