Axis Magnus Axis Magnus without Burgundy received as 12500 Joining & LTF

Hello TF Community,

I have recently posted the thread asking to help me decide in Axis Magnus without Burgundy and i decided to go for it for first year.

I applied for Magnus as it was pre-approved in the app as 12500rs joining and 12500rs annual charges.



Today, i received the physical card and i am surprised to see that annual fees mentioned is 0 Rupees!



I think this is a good deal. Even if i use Meet & Greet, Lounge Access, Eazydiner Offer for 1 year along with Yatra Gift Card of 12500 Rs. It's total value for money.

I am not looking to make this primary card as i already have,
1. Axis Atlas
2. Axis Vistara Signature
In my wallet!

To be sure, i have sent email to Axis to get written confirmation for LTF magnus.

Anyone here received similar deal? Have you confirmed it from Axis?

UPDATE: No email confirmation from Axis Bank. But received confirmation by Chat Support.

Also, is it worth spending 14k as joining fees?

Bro non spending benefits se easily cover hoga within months and bms offer is too good and theres no limited quota.

I did see the post where he mentioned having liberty savings account, but still it seems so unbelievable that I couldn't stop myself posting that😂.

Axis being Axis, the person will be charged next year and will have to fight with axis providing screenshots and the welcome letter to request the fee reversal.

Can I get the address changed for the card delivery ?

You can change the communication address. My card was delivered to an address which was not on my Aadhaar.

Right. I remember getting charged renewal fee after spending 5L on my privilege card with waiver criterion of 2.5L. Had to raise till RBI Ombudsman level to get it reversed after 2-3 months.

And recently similar thing happened with magnus, where axis agent confirmed over call that my card joining fee is 11800, but renewal fee is 0. But then they denied it over mail and finally yesterday I got it credited (joining fee reversed, renewal fee yet to be charged) after 2 months of follow up till md desk and rbi Ombudsman level.

If u r using the non spend benefit heavily then its worth it. Otherwise it won’t bring any value to you.

what was the proposition that you put for getting JF reversed?

I don't remember exactly but it was nothing different. I just put down the address I wanted in the Communication address field.
The executive came to the mentioned Address and completed KYC, no questions asked about the Aadhaar address.

For me it's taking to application page and there's a note for agreeing to credit bureau check - is it the same for everyone or do people see pre-approved offers even before the application? I have 2 axis cards
