Or does it mean card confirmed. Last time, I got a call for verification and I was out of town and they rejected my card.

Not yet confirmed. Only when your receive the approval SMS it is confirmed.

LTF not possible with customer care ...
For getting LTF you have to apply through Campaign/promotions going on various app like amazon/flipkart and many others.

It varies from customer to customer; they may or may not conduct a physical verification. In any case, they treat it as a new application.

Don't apply as existing customer. Apply as new to bank customer if you don't have saving account. You'll unnecessary get cibil hit and will need to apply again as new to bank customer

4 days remaining to complete 3 months after I got Airtel Axis. I have applied. Let's see if they approve.

3 months for approved applications and 6 for rejected (as per what I've read in this forum)

Don't apply. Its not a good card tbh. That swiggy coupon can't be clubbed with anything. You get much better value by buying swiggy or zomato vouchers from smartbuy, gyftr or Amazon.

To know your Customer id send an SMS CUSTIDCC XXXX (Last Four Digit of your Credit Card) send it to 56161600. You will get your Axis Bank Customer ID ...

Call will come from a local Axis credit card handling guy they will ask from you the time and day you are available for physical verification.Now a days they are verifying via the biometrics .Most probably they tell to do verification on the day the call you..
