Axis MyZone Swiggy offer not working

I got an Axis Bank secured MyZone LTF card 2 months ago. I was trying to use the Swiggy Rs 120 offer, but it isn't working. I secured the card multiple times, but the problem still persists.



I tried removing the already secured card and adding it once again on the payments page to no avail.
Who should I contact? Swiggy or Axis? Is this because it is a secured or LTF card?

The 438 is after the coupon. If MOV was below 500 the coupon wouldn't be applicable. I even doubled the order to 984 after discount of 120 but the card wasn't visible as a payment option.

Oh that sucks then it means AXIS120 offer is broken on Secured (FD-backed) My Zone card. You should edit the title of the post to mention FD / Secured card and Visa card. BIN 451457 (unsecured My Zone Visa) working fine.

The most basic feature of a card is not working, I guess that's being dil se open

District BOGO up to Rs. 200 per month is also not working. BIN no is the problem according to the error.

Or maybe the FD card itself as no one has confirmed it yet working for another BIN secured MyZone.

I got a call from Axis, and she said the Easy route cards don't have these benefits.
Axis MyZone and MyZone Easy are 2 different cards. Its bullshit but I wasn't In the mood to fight.
She also said no offers for unsecured at the moment. I can't hold secured and unsecured at the same time. When I apply for an unsecured the FD card will have to be closed. I can apply directly on the website and not wait for pre-approved offers.
I guess I'll have to wait and see.

If you wish to explore more by mail PNO for this problem.
If PNO replies the same, ask them why is it not being conveyed at the time of the application and ask for documentation/ T&C.

Same card with differing feature seems misleading and unfair practice especially since I am unable to find its mention anywhere in any documentation available in public.

An undisclosed policy is also a violation of consumer assuming the support executive is telling the truth.

There is a different page for MyZone Easy. It's misleading but technically the TnC mentioned Easy MyZone. I thought Easy was just the tagname for secured card. Didn't think they would cut down on benefits.

Tthere is nothing much to do for in that case. You have solved it.

Turns out it was a different card.

Can be said deceptive but they are using similar names and customers are getting confused.
Easy MyZone does not offer anything which MyZone has.

I was not aware Axis uses Easy product line to differentiate unsecured with secured and have totally different product for FD based cards.
