Revaluation Axis Neo CC offering cashback on Amazon Purchases??

Hi community,

I was scrolling my Amazon pay and we all know that we can see free card offer advertisements there. But i am bit shocked to see the rewards rate
Banner stating that Axis NEO CC will reward each amazon purchase with 2%. Definitely there are some T&Cs to this and calling for sure..
But really is this reward coming other than 5% upto 150 bill/recharge payments??

I had googled the same on axis website and other community blogs. Nothing found confirming the same.. so, i created a thread on my own.

Does the welcome offer of 300 cashback on utility payment of rs 300 or more is applicable on 30 days from activation of card or from card issuing date.
