Anybody knows what sites/apps are guaranteed to use an MCC of "Utility" category? Amazon's is usually a hit or a miss. They sometimes use an MCC with utility category, and sometimes don't.

It is clearly written on post #1 that it is first utility bill within 30 days and not first transaction.

As per the terms, you'll get 100% cashback on your first utility bill payment. So, if you do four non-utility transactions first, followed by a ₹289 utility bill payment, you'll get ₹289 cashback.
