Axis is offering the Neo card as lifetime free via Axis Mobile app but whenever I'm trying to apply it by clicking on that banner, the card is showing chargeable!

Took 10-15 days for me to recieve card. Non-axis customer and physical kyc

That screenshot was from preapproved offers. Somehow it was redirecting to that section from the LTF banner but once it stopped redirecting and I applied instantly. It was approved in 6-7 days as LTF.

Yes, I claimed it on 21 September and even got Rs. 300 cashback. Airtel DTH RC 510 @484.5 through Amazon

So I did not try to click on the PreApp section as it wasnt showing LTF.
I was LTF via website on PC Browser and "Sliding Window" Banner Ad in the App.

no i didn’t receive 1000 offer and maybe this offer is also now not available reason didn’t see on website and also not mentioned on welcome letter only on app see this
