Axis not giving grabdeals marks spencer 45x points

I did the transaction in December, but the bank saying that they have not captured under grabdeals. Have escalated to nodal officer with the invoice. Lets c

Seems lot of people complaint to axis for mark and Spencer order. Below is the notice on grab deals now. Luckily I got all my MS points already, now just one from jockey is remaining.
