Axis points credit SLA

Hi,

Reaching out to understand the SLA by axis for its edge points which gets credited to accout.

I have done the transaction on 20th July and till today I have not got the points into my account.

Any views ??

It shouldn’t take 11 months for points credit!! 🙂
But if you meant June 20th, generally ER get credited anywhere between 3 to 7 days is what I observed.

first check if the transaction has gotten processed after that if you stil dont recieve points contact customer care
