No Axis points/miles since 20 April

Axis Magnus Burgundy points and Atlas miles have not come since 20 April.
But Burgundy debit card points came after just one day.

Customer care say now they changed the rules--
Atlas miles will be given after 12 days
Magnus Burgundy points will be given after 15 days.
Grab deals 4x bonus points will come after 90 to 120 days, but how to keep a track of these after 3 to 4 months???

Has anyone received points for Magnus Burgundy or Atlas in the last 10 days.?

yes.. no points credit since 10.07.2024 for axis reserve

How do you justify paying the renewal fee of 59000 every year?

There are ZERO renewal points given now.
Even the welcome bonus points have been reduced from 50000 to 15000

Renewed in feb before last devaluation.. got 50000 ER @5:2 =20000 accor points =36000rs value
Then Accor plus with 2 night stay plus valued at around 15k as a conservative figure

Used all 4 transfers and 8 Meet and greets.. Plus got 2x rewards for forex spends.. also used all 12 domestic lounge guest access on the card.. So was ok for this years 59k..

Will definitely not renew it next year🤣

I have also not got EMs for recent purchases on Zara. Will wait for a few more days and then will have to ask the customer care about it. Any update for you?

I remember there was a significant delay in points credit last August. Not sure if it was over a month or not.

I think whenever Axis announce some devaluation, they stop miles credit for sometime. It may be due to their software upgrade 😕
