Received 12500 edge rewards as welcome benefit for axis privilege card .
It says that 5000 rs multibrand vouchers but I think only 2500 rs can be redeemed as 1 point = 0.2 rs .
Can any one explain ??

Will the Multi Brand Voucher for Privilege card holders (where 1 point = Rs 0.4) be discontinued after 20 April 2024??

are we sure about this?
Because milestone benefit they are just offering 10K ER. which will neither fall into 6250 or 12500. and they cannot say 10k points worth 4k voucher because they don't have Multibrand voucher for 4k.

And they cannot get techincal about .4/point and .2/point in the doc, which is meant to get distributed to all CC holders (Not everyone are geeks like us)

And if they were to discontinue the Multibrand voucher Program (which is advertised as Privilege Exclusive feature) They should definitely mention/highlight it.

And whatever the CS reps says let's take it with a grain of salt because they are Dum Dums. The other day I redeemed 12.5k + 12.5k but facing problem while redeeming another 6.25k and while I talked to CS rep she said no only welcome benefit 12.5k can be redeemed for 5k the rest of the points cannot be redeemed at that value. and I was like just forget it let me try in sometime

Axes is a massive mess,
with regard to card features, card reward points earning, card RP redemption choices, redemption values etc etc and most importantly their CS executives knowledge towards their products...

The most inconsistent bank with the most confusion in everything they do...

So its upto customers to decide what they want to do with this bank

I recently opened priority salary account in axis bank. Can I get any LTF axis Bank credit card? Also after so much devaluation, should I ignore axis cards? Already have myzone LTF.

MyZone and Neo are on LTF currently. You already have MyZone so can get Neo if you want.


Though if you can, try to find out if you can get Atlas LTF as some company tie-ups with Axis can get it (usually with burgundy account, but it won't hurt to try).
Also with priority you can get privilege card as complimentary (not LTF, but can push for it).

Though its better to stay away from any paid Axis card for the time being. Devaluation is other thing, its part of the game, but Axis is not trustworthy with its product based on its devaluation strategy and daddy issues.

If you have axis salary account and your salary is 50k+(Which you fulfil because you are priority) they'll offer you Select LTF if your salary is 1L+ They will give Atlas. just go to the branch and ask them. they will say No sir that offer is not running BS BS if you think it is worth it push them

50K + for priority?
Priority has been 1L+ since years. Are you sure they provide it for <1L salary account easily? And Select LTF with priority is also new.

For Atlas you mean if one has 1L+ salary with Axis, it provides Atlas LTF?

What I meant by this is if you have any kind of salary account with 50k+ salary they will provide Select and Privilege LTF. since it is priority I just said "You fulfilled it"

And As for select LTF for priority - once again account doesn't matter here because this done via offline application.

Sure, anything is possible, and I hope you get your documents sorted and negotiate for Atlas LTF too.

However, this is not about negotiation, the query is about whether the offer still stands. If the offer is there, its easier for people to get it even if they have to push a little, otherwise it is not easily navigable.
