Axis Privilege Credit Card

Received 12500 edge rewards as welcome benefit for axis privilege card .
It says that 5000 rs multibrand vouchers but I think only 2500 rs can be redeemed as 1 point = 0.2 rs .
Can any one explain ??

I’ve priority salary account with 1L+ salary credit. All they offered me was Privilege card as LTF that too when LTF offer comes !!!

Privilege card comes complimentary as per their terms and condition and the offer is always there as it is linked to the Priority account.

If someone told you otherwise, either they don't want to help you, or straight lying about it.

As it comes complimentary (paid once the priority status gets removed), you can negotiate for LTF. RM won;t help assuming RM might be the one to tell you that offers comes and goes which is incorrect. So either connect with BM, or find out your corporate RM. If everything fails, get the complimentary card if you want (not a good card now though), do not activate and then negotiate with CC team to convert it to LTF based on relationship or account type or bad reward rate reason.

The thing is at the time I got Priority Salary a/c, I already had 3 cards from Axis (incl. paid Privilege) and they denied any chance for 4th card so didn't push hard enough! Also, I got spend based fee waiver on my Privilege card this Feb, so it free till next Feb-2025. So, I have lot of time to explore my options !! 😀
