Axis Select Credit Card - Priority Visit charged on 1st Complementary Visit

Hello Everyone,

I have a axis select credit card with 6 complementary priority visits , however today I noticed something on my un-billed transaction , a transaction of 22.50 USD has been charged on my card under 'Priority Visit Fees Charged' , For this current year , I have only used my axis priority card only once on August for my trip tp Singapore.

As far as I know , Select card provides 6 complementary visits on international lounges , not sure why I was charged for the same.

Can somebody please guide on where am I getting it wrong?

I have raised this concern with axis support team and they are saying that this is a normal procedure, priority pass will charge the card and for complementary visits axis will reverse back the charges in next billing cycle. Just wanted to check whether this is the normal flow in axis as for my priority pass that I received with kotak cc, charges never come on my CC transactions for complementary visits.

As far as I know, if you used your PP in India, then you will be charged $ 22.50. PP is to be used in an international lounge that is affiliated with the program.

Nope
I used it in Singapore. For domestic I use my Bob eterna card

Customer care agent said that , this is the normal flow charges gets billed first and in next billing cycle axis reverses back the charges.
Will check on my next month bill whether charges gets reversed or not

I assumed this is well known....

They charge on CC and then revert the amount if pp isn't overused i.e. within allowed limits and acc to domestic/international usage...

Ok. I was not aware about this process in axis. For the priority card that I received with Kotak, I don’t see the charges on my transaction if it is within allowed threshold. Does axis does the same for priority passes which are issued with Magnus and Reserve as those cards have unlimited access mapped to them?

hi i know this is a old post. for my select credit card i have received priority pass. if i use it in domestic lounge then i will be charged 22$ and it will get reverted in next billing cycle?

also as i have total 6 visits. can use the pass twice for me and my wife or only once?
