After devaluating multiple cards, Axis added a few things in SELECT Credit Card's bucket as per the email received:

Added Benefits :

- Enjoy INR 500 off on Big Basket on minimum spends of INR 2500 (revised from the earlier minimum spend requirement of INR 3000).
- Introducing buy-one-get-one offer on movie tickets booked via the District app with a maximum discount of up to INR 250 per booking and valid twice per user per month.

Other Benefits:

- INR 200 off on Swiggy, valid on minimum transaction of INR 1,000 twice a month
- 2 Complimentary domestic airport lounge visits every quarter on spends of INR 50,000 in the last 3 calendar months
- 6 Complimentary international lounge visits on Priority Pass
- 6 Complimentary Golf rounds per year

No, it will remain LTF. I am using it and I don't have a Burgundy account anymore.

Wow that's nice. But cant people misuse this by getting burgundy status for few months just to get this card LTF and then close burgundy relationship ? Did you confirm LTF status after burgundy closure ? Maybe during renewal of card, they start charging ?

My account degraded in May 2024 but no fee charged which confirms that it is still LTF. While issuing the card they give it to you as LTF, i.e. zero issuance and annual fee with no condition to maintain the Burgundy status. This condition was there with Magnus Burgundy to maintain the status for enjoying zero fee.

Moreover, there are no major benefits that anyone will take Burgundy account just to get Select card as LTF. However, still if anyone wants, this trick can be used to get it as LTF.
