I am having a AXIS My Zone LTF Card, today I have got a message that I have been upgraded to SELECT card which i believe is 3000/YR. So I called Customer Care and they said they are taking complaint for cancellation of new card but didnt give a complaint number even when I insisted. Then I got another message with tracking id details. How can they force me to take a card like that ? What are my options now? Should I reject the courier?
