Axis Vistara infinite card will no longer provide gold tier from 2nd year onward starting 1st March 2023 :
With effect from 1st March 2024, following revisions will be applicable on your AXIS BANK VISTARA
INFINITE CREDIT CARD:
• Complimentary Club Vistara gold membership will be credited basis the predefined conditions
mentioned below.
Terms & Conditions
1. Gold Tier will be issued in year 1 after fee payment, valid for 12 months from date of upgrade. Gold
tier will be credited within 10 working days of fee payment.
2. Year 2 onwards, customer needs to achieve 4 Vistara flights and 15,000 Tier Points criteria in the last
12 months to retain the gold tier. If the customer is unable to accumulate the requisite Tier Points
and take the minimum number of flights to retain their gold tier status by the end of the 12-month
rolling-period, they will automatically revise to perpetual Silver Tier until set criteria is achieved
within the next tier evaluation cycle. All Club Vistara terms and Conditions apply. Continued
participation in the program by a customer will be regarded as acceptance by such customers of
current Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by Vistara in its sole discretion.
3. Gold tier will be awarded only after completing one evaluation cycle and achieving the above
criteria. Upgrade to gold tier will not be considered if the customer has achieved the criteria before
the completion of the cycle.

Vistara Gold membership used to be one of the main benefits of this credit card. However, to retain Gold membership now, you have to fly four times using cash (non-award booking) and spend 1.5 lakhs on Vistara. Although this card still offers good value back in terms of rewards, people who don't travel much via Vistara will lose Gold status after a year.
But where there's a will, there's a way. You can simply close this card after 11 months, and apply again to enjoy all the benefits applicable for new card members.
