I have received one but I didnt understand

Can one of experts please post a detailed thread for this .

Yes, the upgrade vouchers were added post the fee payment.

I do have an Infinia, MRCC & Plat Charge but the 3.3% on Infinia and the fact that AMEX does not work mostly anywhere is a huge issue "I use it for fuel mostly".

SCB ult has been devalued and that 2% < 3.3% of Infinia. DCB also has issues in acceptability but not as bad as AMEX which people disable payment services for due to higher MDR.

Axis Vistara infinite card will no longer provide gold tier from 2nd year onward starting 1st March 2023 :

With effect from 1st March 2024, following revisions will be applicable on your AXIS BANK VISTARA
INFINITE CREDIT CARD:

• Complimentary Club Vistara gold membership will be credited basis the predefined conditions
mentioned below.

Terms & Conditions
1. Gold Tier will be issued in year 1 after fee payment, valid for 12 months from date of upgrade. Gold
tier will be credited within 10 working days of fee payment.

2. Year 2 onwards, customer needs to achieve 4 Vistara flights and 15,000 Tier Points criteria in the last
12 months to retain the gold tier. If the customer is unable to accumulate the requisite Tier Points
and take the minimum number of flights to retain their gold tier status by the end of the 12-month
rolling-period, they will automatically revise to perpetual Silver Tier until set criteria is achieved
within the next tier evaluation cycle. All Club Vistara terms and Conditions apply. Continued
participation in the program by a customer will be regarded as acceptance by such customers of
current Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by Vistara in its sole discretion.

3. Gold tier will be awarded only after completing one evaluation cycle and achieving the above
criteria. Upgrade to gold tier will not be considered if the customer has achieved the criteria before
the completion of the cycle.

Vistara Gold membership used to be one of the main benefits of this credit card. However, to retain Gold membership now, you have to fly four times using cash (non-award booking) and spend 1.5 lakhs on Vistara. Although this card still offers good value back in terms of rewards, people who don't travel much via Vistara will lose Gold status after a year.
But where there's a will, there's a way. You can simply close this card after 11 months, and apply again to enjoy all the benefits applicable for new card members.

This card is over and hope the don't devalue it premium eco tickets even if people who get devalued to silver. I think this is over and killed now. Time to rethink abt this card but is people still want a business ticket voucher it will still help

First timer will still prefer the card and that's where Axis is looking for business. They want new customer enrollment, not the renewal. 😀

Weird, for some reason I dont see it added on my account. They have just upgraded to Gold, and given Bussiness class voucher

I just called the customer care to replace my atlas card and as my VI card is going to get renewed tomorrow i asked her if there’s any retention offer and to my surprise i got 3000 cv points
I did the same with my fathers card and he was also given 3000 points.

I guess you guys should try it. No harm in trying

nice.. however the usp was the gold status.. which is now nullified.. it was never about the 10k fee.. 3000 cv points for silver tier is not a great retention.. although it is better than nothing.. will be cancelling mine..

I’ll get the gold status.
My card is renewing tomorrow and devaluation will be effective from 1March. So got lucky will be enjoying gold status for 1 more year

What is the cooling period for applying another Axis card? My card renewal in in October 2024. Hence need to plan cancellation 🤣
