Axis Vistara same customer Id issue

Hi recently I applied axis infinite card for my father through agent , I already had same card on my name . After receiving my dad’s card I come to know they have issued same vistara cv I’d to my fathers card which was earlier issued to me. I think that can be because of common phone number( agent used my number at time of application)
Because of this I am not getting welcome benefits from my fathers card. I had talked to Vistara and axis customer care , went to bank branch multiple times but they don’t have any clue what to do.
Please help in this regard if you know anything

Yes try to change mob no and then only u can claim the benefits

Ok let’s suppose I changed the number after that what should I do call Vistara helpline or talk to axis bank because bank branch is saying call to customer care , customer care executive telling me to go to branch and Vistara executive is saying they can’t do anything in that
