Axis vistara signature

I was planning to apply axis ace but I am not getting any option to apply over call / online.

Is axis vistara signature good? As it giving similar reward rate

I saw the notification and applied for ace but it seems i should've waited for atleast 90 days before applying for 2nd axis card, my zone being the first i got 2 months back. And ofcourse my application got declined

ACE for rewards/CB and vistara card is fully benefit for airmiles only that too with CV only(reward rate upto 4.2%)....u can choose if you've utilisation
