Go with HSBC or DBS, at least you will not have to deal with idiots in customer care on a regular basis.

I want a HSBC account but they don't have branch in my city. DBS had a branch in my city but they closed.

They do have commercial banking units in India. Mostly catering to UHNIs and banking for large companies.
