Bank not tracking salary

I have a hdfc preferred account and I am getting my salary in this account from last 1 year but I didn't got any offers from hdfc bank yet while my father's account is self employed but he keeps money in it so he get multiple offers.

I also keep money but not permanent sometimes 1lac, 2lac sometimes zero I am not getting any offers.

Kindly suggest me in which account should I take salary.

My salary comes by neft I will attach the screenshot.

My bank accounts :

- Icici
- Idfc
- Sbi

Sbi cc 118k paid
Axis airtel and neo - 59k paid & ltf respectively
Idfc 1 lakh ltf
Pnb 30k ltf
Rbl 25k ltf
