Long story short “Hard work pays”So recently Bob started onboarding new customers on their bob world app
But their is a strange issue in which customers are not able to generate virtual debit card through app
On Bob bro/lite account
I raised a complaint to them on 19/05

Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly note debit card has been dispatched on date 12-Mar-24 through Speed Post number at customer mailing address. Kindly track your Consignment Number using below link: Thanks and Regards.

There is a misunderstanding I am trying to generate a virtual debit card through bob world app but everytime it's throwing error Not available for this account variant But your website does not mentioned any exclusion with respect to account variants for being eligible to generate virtual debit card Kindly help me out Otherwise I will have no option other than to escalate this with RBI ombudsman On grounds of deficiency of service from your side

Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly note that said account is opened under scheme Code SB 196 BOB LITE SAVINGS ACCOUNT only physical Rupay Platinum Debit Card request can be raised through bob World App or bob World Internet or by visiting your home branch. Thanks and Regards.

I am unable to generate a virtual debit card for my BOB Lite Savings Account (Scheme Code SB 196). Your website and welcome letter do not mention any exclusions. Please refer to the link: https://www.bankofbaroda.in/personal-banking/digital-products/cards/debit-cards/virtual-debit-card. Kindly resolve this issue or clarify the policy change. If unresolved, I will escalate to the RBI Ombudsman due to misinformation and service deficiency.Best regards,

Bhai I am also having this BPCL Rupay platinum debit card. Such a useless card having no offer's as mentioned in the website. I already raised the complaint for the same and reversed the issuance fee by branch only. Not received any annual fee reversal. They are not replying back from the mail id cs.ho. please help. Also i mailed to the mail id gm.opsWhen he opened his account.. branch issued him bpcl international Debit card.
He did not had knowledge, so annual fee got charged in the year 2023 of ₹300+gst .
He was shocked.
He rarely used that card ...mostly 2-3 transaction in a year .
I told him to keep this card for an year .
He did not had transaction in the previous year again 2-3 transaction.
I mailed cs.ho that the card is being rarely issued please waive off the charges.
Before mailing I blocked that card and generated virtual card.
Hence , AMC waived off.

I stick on the promised offers not given by Bank like BPCL Rupay cards having petromile rewards points,0.75% cashback when we purchase the fuel from BPCL outlet. In my knowledge no customers who is having having this card got any offer mentioned above. So I sent mail to branch, headoffice, and to CRM portal.what did the branch say and what did you write in complaint ?
no , annual charges are automatically debited and branch cannot reverse .I think only branch have provision to reverse annual fee/issuence few reversal
They already reversed the issuance fee for the same. They need to talk with the manager to reverse the annual feeno , annual charges are automatically debited and branch cannot reverse .
what did the branch said ? did they give any timeline ?
