Bhai I am also having this BPCL Rupay platinum debit card. Such a useless card having no offer's as mentioned in the website. I already raised the complaint for the same and reversed the issuance fee by branch only. Not received any annual fee reversal. They are not replying back from the mail id cs.ho. please help. Also i mailed to the mail id gm.ops

It's completely useless. But the other mail id gm.ops works as they directly responded to regional office for the clarification from customer. Not directly to us

i did not try this md email cs.ho worked for me . I mailed them after blocking the card from bob app .
AS you have mailed and complaint every possible way ... md email might help

I opened BOB Lite account without debit card and today I went to branch and applied for debit card. Now i see Visa variant in the BOB app. Shouldn't it be Rupay platinum card for this account?
