i did not try this md email cs.ho worked for me . I mailed them after blocking the card from bob app .
AS you have mailed and complaint every possible way ... md email might help
 
I opened BOB Lite account without debit card and today I went to branch and applied for debit card. Now i see Visa variant in the BOB app. Shouldn't it be Rupay platinum card for this account?
 
I have opened BoB Lite Savings Account yesterday after doing VKYC. The account got created and I am able to access mobile & netbanking as well.
I am able to generate a virtual rupay debit card in the app and its even visible with CVV now. My questions are

1. Will I able to get a physical card since I didn't opt for it during application process? It is showing error in both the app & netbanking when I try to apply.
2. If yes, will I get a different one than virtual card or will I be getting the same VDC printed in physical card as well?
3. Can I use the both the cards simultaneously with the same account if i get both? And see the both the cards in the app?

Please let me know if someone has gone through as mine, thanks.

Yes . Go to your branch and fill the debit card form.

It would probably be different. In bob BRO both the cards are different. @doraemon bhai sahi jankari denge

  1. Wait for the welcome kit , if you dont receive Physical RPDC then apply through a Branch (Physical RPDC)
  2. Virtual and Physical RPDC are different
    • Virtual BIN: 6522 1121
    • Physical Bin: 6522 1125
  3. Yes, I have been using them since last few months on Friday. Separate card numbers thus Separate Benefits
