Which all debit cards can be issued with the savings A/C that gets opened with Baroda Max Advantage Home Loan? In particular, can I apply for Rupay Select DC or the Sapphire DC?

Only sapphire DC is allowed. Select dc can't be applied for the home linked account.

After you achieve 30L in same account, I heard, you can get opulence DC. I am waiting for that target 😁
