DCB BB devaluation? Unable to buy bigbasket vouchers on smartbuy gyftr worth more than 1500 in a month

Hi All,

Today while trying to buy bigbasket voucher, I got a message that in a month we can only buy bigbasket vouchers worth 1500 rs. I have got this meesage for the first time as in past I have purchased vouchers worth 5k also in a month.
Anyone aware if this is some new devaluation?

Also if smartbuy will restrict to buy bigbasket vouchers to 1500, what other methods can I use to get more vouchers with 5x reward points?

First i purchased the Amazon coupon through Payzap by 5x reward points.
Then with the Amazon coupon i bought the Bigbasket vouchers in the Amazon website by 2% discount.

For bigbasket gift card purchase on amazon, amazon shopping vouchers works just fine...
so you can save 2.5%+ gst also on smart buy purchase.

And true...smartbuy limit of 1500 per month for BB is just pathetic 🙄

You can add 3 gift cards or Rs 15000 worth gift card in a day. You need to then wait for 24 hours before you can add again.

The worst part is that BigBasket hasn't mentioned this anywhere in tnc. That's plain cheating and misleading the customer.
